Faculty, staff and community partners are invited to learn inclusive strategies and learn to manage difficult moments in the classroom or work setting related to a variety of social identities. Participants have the option to share real classroom or workplace moments for peer discussion to supplement provided skills-based scenarios. The workshop will be led by Rhonda Fitzgerald, Managing Director for the Sustained Dialogue Institute. The Institute's mission is to develop leaders able to transform differences into the strong relationships essential to effective decision-making, democratic governance, and peace.
Please note: Attendance is limited to 40, but we will keep a waiting list. We hope participants will commit to stay the entire 3 hours. RSVP here.
