Class of 2024
I am a Duke undergraduate senior from South Florida majoring in Public Policy and Asian & Middle Eastern Studies with a concentration in Arabic. I am very interested in global health and forced migration policy. I love reading, learning new languages, and meeting new people. I am excited to serve the Duke and Durham communities before continuing on to law school next fall.
I am working with Professor Maha Houssami, particularly for the Arabic 305 and Arabic 306 courses that have a service-learning aspect for students. As someone who has taken three service-learning classes with the Arabic department, I am excited to use my takeaways to improve the future experiences for students as they engage with communities outside of Duke.
