Community-Partnered and Community-Engaged Research

July 22, -
Engaging and partnering with community members and community entities in research can be a powerful mechanism for fostering social change and ensuring that research is appropriately situated within context. This session will focus on what these and related concepts mean, the ways in which they can be relevant and meaningful for both researchers and community entities, core ethical matters informing these perspectives, and how they can - and should - look in practice. Led by Cade Bourne, Kathy Sikes, and Jessica Sperling.
