Prof. Katya Wesolowski (Cultural Anthropology) – Recipient of the Howard D. Johnson Award for Undergraduate Teaching for her SLCE course Fieldwork Methods, where students conduct hands-on fieldwork and create mini-ethnographies.
Prof. Ann Saterbak (Biomedical Engineering) – Named aFulbright Global Scholarfor her project in Uganda, Singapore, and Malawi exploring how cultural differences shape engineering education worldwide.
Prof. Yan Liu (Asian & Middle Eastern Studies) – Honored with ACTFL’s Klett Award for Sustainable Development Education in the World Language Classroom for bridging languages, cultures, and sustainability with students and community partners.
